Tokai Spring can provide the springs that are "unbreakable for a long period of time" and "never wear out" as required by our customers. We are striving to manufacture springs with the aim of thoroughly improving "fatigue resistance" by adopting a heating method that suppresses the decarburization layer on the surface of the material to the utmost limit, applying compressive residual stresses by shot peening, and removing minute scratches on the surface of the spring. We also accept static plastic deformation tests and dynamic fatigue tests to evaluate the durability of springs at the prototype stage of our customers' products. With these thorough systems, Tokai Spring is able to provide springs that can be used with peace of mind for a long period of time.
