シンガポール政府主導のイノベーションカンファレンスの活用方法とは？／ICMG Corporate Innovation Summit 2018
株式会社ICMGが開催した、シンガポールでのイノベーションサミットのイベントレポートです。世界中の企業やスタートアップが集まる中で、コーポレートイノベーションの事例や、SGDsに焦点を当てた取り組みについて語られています。
ICMG hosted “ICMG Corporate Innovation Summit 2018”, a summit on the theme of corporate innovation at the “SWITCH” innovation event in Singapore with over 11,000 participants from over 70 countries. SWITCH is a summit based on the concept of Singapore's public-private platform, which gathers leading-edge innovation cases from around the world, led by the National Research Foundation (NRF), an organization under the direct control of the Prime Minister of Singapore. In this summit, TEPCO, Chubu Electric Power and ICMG, worked together to build a dedicated organization to promote innovation in the JV type as will as businesses that were more focused on social issues. The front-line cases such as innovation focused on the SDGs to aim for, were shared, and many collaboration opportunities were also discovered in the collaboration session with startups. Singapore continues to evolve as a start-up nation before the startup investment in Singapore reaches 300 to 400 billion yen (Japan is 100 to 200 billion yen). While the IPO has not matured, the government's policy to focus on collaboration between startups and corporates is drawing attention.
